The bill showed up Tuesday. Your pay lands Friday.

SedanPolicies keeps one form for requests of $100 to $5,000 and hands it to lenders we work with. We lend nothing ourselves; a lender that responds sets its own terms and shows them before you commit.

Three moves

From the form to a decision, one gauge at a time.

  1. Fill in the request

Amount, contact details and income source. It fits on a phone screen and takes a few minutes.

  2. Lenders run their numbers

Lenders we partner with check the request against their own criteria. Some may decline; others may come back with an offer.

  3. Read the fine print, then decide

The APR, every fee and the due dates are laid out before signing. If approved, some lenders fund as soon as the next business day.

Before you ask

What people check first.

Does SedanPolicies make loans?

It does not. We are a referral service: your request goes to lenders in our network, and each one decides for itself whether to offer anything.

Will a lender check my credit?

It may. Lenders can review your credit and verify your details while they consider a request, and the lender explains its process before you accept.

Why the name SedanPolicies?

It points to the short list of house rules on this page: we don't lend, asking is free, and terms come before any signature. This is not an insurance site.

What amounts can I ask for?

Anything from $100 to $5,000. A lender may come back with less than the figure you asked for.

How soon could funds arrive?

If you are approved, some lenders deposit as soon as the next business day. The lender states its timing in the offer.

Is there a charge for using the form?

None. Sending a request is free, and you are never obliged to take an offer.

House rules

Four rules we keep in the glovebox.

  • We do not lend.

Your request goes to lenders, and they make every credit decision.

  • Asking is free.

There is no fee to submit, and no offer has to be accepted.

  • Terms come before signatures.

You see the APR, the fees and the payment dates first.

  • Your no is final.

Turn down any offer and that is the end of it.

Recognise the week?

Signs payday is still too far off.

  1. Putting ten dollars of gas in at a time.
  2. Doing the maths before every card tap.
  3. Deciding which bill can wait a week.
  4. Skipping a drive to save the fuel.
  5. Brown-bag lunches five days running.
  6. Looking at the calendar more than the clock.

One request covers anything from $100 to $5,000. A lender makes the call, and if approved, money may arrive as soon as the next business day.
